All deliveries within India are free. We make every effort to deliver your shipment at the earliest possible. The delivery timeline in India varies from 3 to 8 days typically depending on the delivery location.

All our products are eligible for a 10-day return from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns will incur a Rs. 100 return charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount. However, My Pearls will bear the cost of return if you receive a damaged, defective or different product. Please ensure you have an unboxing video available to share with us which will help as evidence of the damaged, defective or different product. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mypearls.in and we will take care of the rest. You will need to share your bank account details for us to transfer the refund value to you.
