Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. You’ll also need the receipt / invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns will incur a Rs. 100 return charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount. However, We (My Pearls) will bear the cost of return if you receive a damaged, defective or different product. Please ensure you have an unboxing video available to share with us which will help as evidence of the damaged, defective or different product.

If you are returning more than one product from an order, and if you return all your products in one shipment and not in instalments in multiple shipments, a one time return processing charge of Rs. 100 will apply, else if you return in multiple shipments, Rs. 100 per shipment will apply. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mypearls.in. Once we receive your return request, we’ll create a return request, of which you'll be notified via email and we will also send you a return shipping label. Please pack the product and stick the shipping label on the return package. Our courier partner will pick the return package from your home.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you have an unboxing video available to share with us which will help as evidence of the damaged, defective or different product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund is processed. Once refund is processed, you’ll be refunded Refund amount after deducting Rs. 100 Return charges or full value in case of damaged, defective or different product. Please share your bank account no., IFSC code and account holder name while requesting for a return for us to process the refund value to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund to you.
