All our products are eligible for a 10-day return from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns will incur a Rs. 100 return charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount. However, My Pearls will bear the cost of return if you receive a damaged, defective or different product. Please ensure you have an unboxing video available to share with us which will help as evidence of the damaged, defective or different product.
